We utilize the services of the best shipping carriers as FedEx, US Postal Services, DHL Express, Ontrac, LaserShip and UPS for the shipping of all our products.

RATES AND SHIPPING TIME

The mode of shipping and the shipping rate depends entirely on the content of the order and also on the address provided by the customer. The delivery mode applicable to your orders are displayed on the checkout page. You can change or edit your order to make it qualify for your preferred mode of shipping. You can also change the shipping method by changing the shipping address. The shipping costs applied on the package is displayed on the checkout page that comes in the last. You can go back to edit your order at any stage before you make payment for the complete order.

DEFAULT DELIVERY ADDRESS

People visiting our site for the first time can fill in their desired address where they want the delivery to be made. You can keep a default delivery address where you received your most recent order. You can change your delivery address anytime by clicking the “Edit” button on the payment page. Orders placed by you on this site will not be affected at all in case you change the address of the orders.

SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

You can subscribe to our mailing service to get notifications on discounts available for shipping. We also offer special delivery vouchers from time to time in accordance with our marketing policy. ORDER PROCESSING DELAY

Orders placed before 14:30 hrs will be processed and shipped the same day; except on weekends and holidays. Orders received after the cutoff time will be processed the next day and shipped along with rest of the orders of that day.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item is currently out of stock in our distribution centers, the description page will inform you of the unavailability of the product and the expected date of availability of the product in our stores. The dates of availability for the products mentioned in the order are only an estimate and the delivery of these products cannot be guaranteed based on that information.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION E-MAILS

You will also receive an automatic confirmation email when we complete the processing of your order and pass it on to our shipping centers. You will also receive emails regarding the real-time track of your order on the way.
